We combined two cookie recipes to create an easy to make (and follow) White Chocolate Reese Pieces Chocolate Chip Cookie! The colors of the Reese’s Pieces make this recipe a fun fall cookie and the batch makes 15-20 good size cookies. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup butter, barely melted but not too hot

¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)

⅔ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 large egg

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper/aluminum foil.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix flour, baking soda and the salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl beat butter, sugars, vanilla extract and the vinegar until smooth. Beat in the egg just until combined.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Stir in the chips and Reese’s Pieces.
  6. Place cookies 2-3 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, they will look underdone in the center. Remove from the oven and sit on the sheet for 10 minutes before moving to a rack for cooling.
