We combined two cookie recipes to create an easy to make (and follow) White Chocolate Reese Pieces Chocolate Chip Cookie! The colors of the Reese’s Pieces make this recipe a fun fall cookie and the batch makes 15-20 good size cookies. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, barely melted but not too hot
¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
⅔ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 large egg
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper/aluminum foil.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix flour, baking soda and the salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl beat butter, sugars, vanilla extract and the vinegar until smooth. Beat in the egg just until combined.
- Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in the chips and Reese’s Pieces.
- Place cookies 2-3 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, they will look underdone in the center. Remove from the oven and sit on the sheet for 10 minutes before moving to a rack for cooling.
