Travel Channel named Columbus one of the Top Domestic Destinations to Visit in 2020. Columbus was also one of New York Times’ 52 Places to Visit in 2019!
Pick a Main Area to Stay
We love Easton Town Center’s Shopping Area! They were recently named the top retail experience in the U.S. by Chain Store Age magazine. When visiting, you can shop local establishments or find familiar larger brand names/stores. Easton has stores located outdoor and indoor. During the summer months, don’t forget to bring extra clothes if your kids want to play in the pop fountain!
When you visit, make sure to take a picture at one of Easton’s stunning backdrops!

Hotel
The Hilton Columbus at Easton is a beautiful 7-story, AAA 4-diamond luxury hotel located ten minutes from downtown Columbus, The Ohio State University and John Glenn International Airport (CMH). The Hilton Columbus at Easton is located in the heart of Easton Town Center where you’ll find some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment.
My girls love to swim, so it’s always essential to stay in a hotel with a pool. Make sure you check out The Hilton Columbus at Easton’s gorgeous heated pool while you’re there!
Good Eats at Easton:
Enjoy some tasty food at Rusty Bucket! This upscale casual American restaurant and tavern serving quality food in a “come as you are” setting. The atmosphere is welcoming and hospitality make dining with kids enjoyable. I really enjoyed the Brussel sprouts while my family raved about the burgers/sliders! Pro Tip: If you order the kids sliders, two mini tasty sliders are served!
Grab some coffee at award winning Crimson Coffee. Built with conversations, relationships and community in mind- this beautiful coffee shop offers delicious coffee and teas to enjoy with friends. If you’re pressed for time, grab your coffee to go! If you’re a tea drinker (like me), the Chai Latte with Vanilla Sweetener is a great choice! You can opt in or out of the cinnamon dusting on top too!
Ice Cream at Jeni’s is a must if you visit Columbus, OH. Luckily, Easton Town Center has a Jeni’s onsite so make sure you stop at this Columbus based, nationwide favorite. My favorite flavor is Brambleberry Crisp!
Try out the Easton area and let me know what you think!
